Returns & Refunds
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days of delivery. If seven days have gone by from when your order has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier, unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges for your order. Make sure to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message through our website before shipping your order back to us (this is very important!) so we can provide you with the complete return address along with the return instructions.
Please note that the initial shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable and that you will be responsible for all the shipping and handling cost in returning your order (i.e. we do not provide prepaid shipping/return labels to both domestic and international orders).
We also require that you use a trackable shipping method in shipping your order back to us so we can properly monitor its journey and only when we receive a confirmation from our warehouse team that we have received your order will we issue a refund or if when you see that your order has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier to our return address per the return tracking, then you can follow up with us and let us know and we will issue the refund as soon as possible. Refunds normally take between 3 - 5 business days to be posted on an account by the issuing bank or payment provider but could take up to ten (10) business days on some cases.
If for whatever reason that you are not happy with your purchase or if you are having an issue with your order, feel free to email our customer support team (email@example.com) and we will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product or are simply not satisfied with your purchase?
Please contact our Customer Support Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following information:
Photo of damaged product
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Once a refund has been issued, it normally takes between 3 - 5 business days to be posted on your account by your issuing bank or payment provider but could take up to ten (10) business days on some cases.
If you haven't received any credit within ten (10) business days after we have issued the refund, we suggest getting in touch with your issuing bank or payment provider to trace the said refund.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please notify us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of ordering) or you may also do a self-service through the link provided at the bottom of your order confirmation email or on the "Order Status" page of your order if you need to cancel or to make any changes or adjustments (e.g. change size, color) to your order.
Please note that orders can only be edited or canceled within 24 hours of ordering and that any orders that have already been packed or shipped can no longer be canceled.
